RESERVATION OF SHAFFER HALL: Shaffer Hall is available for reservation by association Members (Owners) in good standing, who hold legal ownership of the property. The reservation fee for Shaffer Hall is $250 for a four (4) hour usage period, and a $500 security deposit is required. Payment must be made with two separate checks, either personal or business; cashier’s checks or money orders are not accepted. Members are also required to provide a certificate of insurance along with the reservation agreement and checks to secure their desired reservation date. Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Prior to submission, please check with management. Reservation availability is subject to both availability and ongoing community events. Confirmation of reservation will be provided upon receipt of written confirmation from management. For further details, please access the reservation application below.
