The Cove 2025 Holiday Lights Competition!
Time to deck the halls, the roof, and the yard — and show off your holiday spirit!
Prizes:
• 1st Place – Trophy + $250 Gift Card
• 2nd Place – $150 Gift Card
• 3rd Place – $50 Gift Card
Judging happens Saturday, Dec 20 when our Competition Committee walks the neighborhood to pick the winners. (Committee members are allowed to compete but cannot vote on their own home, final scores are averaged across all valid votes.)

Cove Holiday Party (21+)

Join us for a festive evening with snacks, desserts, drinks, a best holiday sweater contest, photo booth, and holiday karaoke—so bring your singing voice! This event is open to Cove residents only and you’ll need to use your fob
to enter the clubhouse.
